I have recently cut several Bodock trees down. I do not want them to sprout out of the stump. What and when is the best time to paint them with Gly-4? I was going to drill several holes in the stump and fill the holes with Gly-4. Will this work and do I need to wait until "green up"?

Roung-up may not be strong enough to kill the stump. it will kill any green vegetation that is growing though. You can get other more powerful herbicides that will kill the stump. some are injectable some you paint on. Check Forestry Suppliers online. If you only have a few, you may consider "Total vegetation killer" it is available at Lowes or Home Depot.
