got a line on a NIB Glock 357 Sig,,I`ve shot a Glock quite a bit but not in 357 Sig,,anybody had any dealings with one,,seems like a hot rod automatic pistol bt wondered about feeding the necked down case????

and is 400$$ about right??????
 
400 is a good price for sure.
I don't know anything about that 357 sig.
go to the glocktalk forum and you can learn everything you ever want to know about it. The place if full of glock owners.
I drank the kool aid years ago,and Glocks are the only pistol I CCW with. A G27. 10 shots of .40 in a sub size is a ton of firepower.
 
I had a sub compact glock 32 I believe. 357 sig is a good round and it fed just fine. Im just not a glock man but I cant knock the gun I just dont like the way they feel.
 
I got a .357 SIG barrel for my Glock 22 and it works great. Never any feeding/function problems of any kind. Double Tap brand ammo is very hot loaded but with low flash. You can use the same magazines for .40S&W and .357SIG, the only part you have to change to convert back and forth is the barrel.

I wonder why they used 9mm bullets instead of .357`s,,feeding problems in the auto is all I could think of ,,kinda why I aint pulled the trigger on this deal,,I aint sure about 9mm bullets going that fast.

are the factory loads made with tougher bullets than standard 9mm`s,,
 
I love the ballistics of the 357 sig. I hate the muzzle jump though. I shot a G31 and 50 rounds at Coal Creek to see how I liked the gun. I liked the Glock 17 better. It was easier to shoot and the recoil was significantly less. Ammo is way to expensive for my tastes as well for the 357 sig.
 
My Glock sub in .40 is snappy,but I like it.
10 shots in a subcompact size is a ton of firepower.
You can escape a lot of trouble with that pistol always at hand.
 
The price of the ammo is the only downside to the 357 Sig. The bottle neck case feeds very easily, and the ballistics are very similar to 357 Mag. I have seen anywhere from 1300-1450 FPS with a 125 gr bullet. Speer makes a Gold Dot for the 357 Sig that is 125 gr and I assume is made a little tougher than a standard 124 gr 9mm. I'm not a Glock fan, but you cant argue with the fact that they work. If you were really wanting a 357 Sig, Sig sells the 229 that already comes with both 40 and 357 Sig barrels.
