Alright yall help me here. Trying to make sure my step son and his buddy are right. They think they can hunt Gin Creek this weekend. Like just boat in and hunt. Is that legal?? They don't have to have a staked blind spot awarded during the draws?

You can hunt out of a boat yes but you have to be 200+ yards for a blind site. And if I would bet money there will be someone at the ramp no sooner then midnight or before.

Yes they can as long as they are 200 yards away from any blind. It will however be an absolute circus there this weekend and I wouldn't want to have any part of it. Boats were lined up to the road before 4:00 last year, some of them having been there since before midnight.
