This weather, was really hoping to get in a good weekend of hunting. I've been out 3 or 4 times, but it's been a rushed afternoon after work or a single short morning hunt, & back to work for the week.

I'm showing 84 degrees Saturday with a low of 69  And rain/storms all day long on Sunday.

O well part of it I guess.

ME too. I've noticed for weeks now that the 10 Day Forecast will show a decently low temp for each Saturday as it 1st comes into the 10 day window. Say a forecast High temp of around 70 for example Then as that Saturday comes closer, the forecast temp creeps upward. Usually about one degree per day. Every darned Saturday ends up about 10 or more degrees hotter than originally forecast - with that being 80 or above! I don't bow hunt but just for comfort while doing other things, I wish it would hurry up and cool off. It's October after all! I'd like to set up some blinds for ML season but it's too hot to think of going in the woods for me.

Definitely a trend the last several years. October used to be my favorite month weather-wise but now it isn't much different than August. I think the extended forecasts use historical data from years past but the short term forecast uses real time weather data in regions our weather is approaching from. That's a guess on my part. Either way, I wish it would cool off.

It's starting to bother me as well. I will still hunt whenever I can. Not in a rain storm though
