If a DA decide to to prosecute the case and charge Cook. There's got to be some evidence besides the word of someone that's been drinking. Just my 2 cents

What does it matter what I think Mudbone. Most of y'all have made up your mind on that. The only sober witness said he could not ID Cook as the one. The two intoxicated girls, as noted by the Officer who responded, couldn't ID until a week later when shown a picture by her daddy. Three witnesses said it wasn't Cook. It will be over in less than a month. Cook will play,Trey ,you, Gator and redblood will scream about preferential treatment. Life will go on. Many under privileged kids will become millionaires from all schools. Still doesn't matter what I think,but I hope he plays and destroys all the competition. If he doesn't there are many quality RB's waiting for his job. Mario Pender, Jaques Patrick, Vickers and many more including 5 stars that switched to offense. Jimbo banned all players from bars from now on. At least the SEC has the Johnathan Taylor rule that will stop a lot of abusers from transferring between schools. I'm sure this rule will be adopted by all. Your sarcasm is duly noted though.

FSU has made me embarrassed to be even slightly affiliated with ACC Football. On behalf of the ACC, I apologize to everyone here for the embarrassment that is Jimbo Fisher and his program. If it was up to me, they would be banished to the SEC.

The guy IS a thug. He has been arrested several times for thug activities. Robbery, discharging and possessing a firearm on school property,brandishing a weapon, the BB gun thing, all dismissed. Now this... Maybe he is just misunderstood and hangs with the wrong crowd but imo where there's smoke there's usually fire.

On a related note, Brian Kelly just suspended one of the starting RB's for the first 4 games (vs Texas, Virginia, Georgia Tech, U Mass) for smoking weed. We have our share of pot smokers, too. It used to be a suspension for a full semester suspension, but they have cut it down.
