If you will change your grip that won't happen lol . But yes it does hurt . I will get my wife shooting with perfect form and nowhere close to hitting her arm . And then when I'm not there and she's shooting she hits it all the time . Can't teach women nothin .

I learned the hard way about draw length...after hitting my forearm the third time, I was pretty sure my buddies draw length was a tad too long...Bruise lasted about a week.

I used to have a habit of rolling my shoulder forward when I was tired. That stopped completely the day I drew blood. :)
