Friday Softball Results

Great day in SEC softball yesterday. Tennessee went 2-0 in their doubleheader and alabama went 0-2 in their doubleheader. Doesn't get much better than that! I watched some of the Tennessee games on ESPN+ but the coverage was terrible. Only slightly better than someone livestreaming from their cell phone behind home plate.

It was a rough day for Alabama softball. The first Alabama game was on SEC Network but I couldn't watch because I was at work. They play UCLA today. It'd be great if they could win that but I'm not very hopeful.

I would have much rather had a camera in center field instead of way up behind the plate. You couldn't follow the ball on a pitch or hit.

I'm concerned that Pickens is getting hit so hard. With her speed, if she could develop a decent change up, she should be untouchable.

I hate it for you Bamamonts. I don't hate it for most alabama fans, but you are the rare exception.

It all comes around. I love watching Tennessee lose as much as you love watching Alabama lose.

The memory of knocking Tennessee out of the tournament in Knoxville last year helped me make it through yesterday.

All joking aside Tennessee has a really good team.

The SEC is going to be something. Adding Texas and Oklahoma to the mix just made it insanely good.
