Been trying to kill a couple does for the freezer and I really enjoy doing it this time of year. So, after not seeing a deer last weekend I thought I'd try it again this evening. I really enjoy hunting our late mzl season here in KY. Got in stand about 2:30 this evening and it didn't take long. First deer came by about 3:15 shot her with McRem SML about 60yds, ran about 50 and fell over. Fifteen minutes later another doe came up out of holler on opposite side of ridge, let the Savage SML eat this time. About 40yd shot and she went 20yds and fell over... Good times for sure.

Thanks guys for the compliments. SML has been very addictive to me. I'm very proud of my mzl's and just so happens I bought both of these from Tndeer members. I'll always be appreciative to SCN for giving me the opportunity to buy my first SML at a time when the stainless Savage ML2 was very hard to find. I also appreciate Fullstream driving 2.5hrs to meet me when I bought the McRem from him. Thanks again guys.
