Figured i would post it here before i post it on facebook marketplace and the local swap and shop
If you post other places put a price on it. Tried to give stuff away before and no takers. Put a small price on it and folks go hog wild. They figure it's a deal then. Weird psychological trick
I hear ya. Once tired to give away a youth 4 wheeler still sitting in my yard ! Talk to the guy at the local convenience center were we drop off our trash . He said just push them off and someone will take it. Heck if someone wants to pay my membership here so i can post items in classified section im good with that

Friend of mine put a working fridge on the side of the road with a "FREE" sign on it, no takers. Put a "For Sale $100" sign on it and somebody stole it.
It's nuts. Tried to give away a working arcade machine that was in our way. Nothing. Put it up for $50 and I had 3 people call within the first 15 mins.
It is, I did something similar with old computers and parts. Must be if you are giving it away, it is worthless. But people will still pick up trash off the side of the road.

Maybe that's what I need to do with this freezer that's been in my driveway for a month
I used to have a side hustle taking old mowers and getting them in shape to sell. I enjoyed working on small engines and saving stuff from the scrap heap. Never made much money at it but it was fun and the money I did make I could buy toys.
Yeah my current mower is a Johnny cash special put together from three free mowers lol
