Free fishing day

Is there any age limit on the free fishing day.
And also if we were to go trout fishing would they have to have a trout stamp and a tellico/Citico day permit?

There is not an age limit on free fishing day.

Anglers are exempt from all LICENSES. The write-up says nothing about exemption from permits, so I would assume all permits are still required (but I am not 100% on that).
