Alright, I signed up for it, but I am not a fan of farm raised Catfish -very bland.

bland means it can be flavored to your liking,farm raised is very mild flavored & is perfect for a lot of recipe's,shoneys has a great catfish breading & i try to get it every week.they use farm raised fish & i coulld not ask for a better meal.i will ck out the link & hope to get to try some of them thanks for posting,mike243
