Late last week the touchpad on my FA Intellidropper stopped recognizing any commands. I looked online for warranty info since I got the unit last May from Midway USA. I was surprised to see that has a lifetime warranty. Sunday I sent pics on the FA warranty claim form. Monday I got an email from a real human stating that he was issuing a shipment of a new unit to me. UPS dropped it off today. THAT is great customer service.
And, FWIW, I recently bought an unopened/NIB Intellidropper for $100. Always good to have a backup and I have several beam and electronic scales.
