looking for some help on an older franchi over /under. think its an Aristocrat field 28" but the engravings are more like a sunburst with scrolling rather than birds .receiver looks more like heat treated rather than blued. called franchi but no records before the buyout. anyone point me in the right direction?

It's probably color case on top of the receiver. I have an older one and the color was nearly worn off. Whatever metal they used for the receivers, it doesn't take blueing well, if at all.

Mine belonged to my grandfather, so never looked into value much, but they aren't really priced high.
