x2. They're great indicators of when 4 legged critters (deer, bobcat, coyote, etc) are in your area.

I recall one time - years ago - I had a squirrel that would not shut up. I was on the ground and the squirrel got on a limb about 10 feet away and barked at me for a loooonnng time. I would throw up my hand at it and run it away but it came back again and again. Finally I couldn't stand it anymore. A 30-30 does a real number on a squirrel at 10 feet. :)
