Re: Four wheeler ......... work in progress

Sorry about that, I had alot going on and never did get them going yesterday.
Will post pics this afternoon.
I am chomping at the bit to put it all back together and be done, but it is looking so good I don't want to get in a hurry now.

Re: Four wheeler ......... work in progress

Man, nothing like getting surprise stuff thrown at you right after work to screw your entire day of plans up.
Sheesh, the pics ain't gonna be good enough to warrent all this anticipation either, so they won't be worth seeing now. :D
Will get them posted this evening though.

Added a few pics.
The after shot of the muffler don't do it justice, looks GOOD.
Now I can't make myself put it back together due to all the detailing I want to do. :)

WOW its looking good.

What kind of paint are you using? I don't know much about it but for some reason I was thinking that certain type of paint wouldn't stick to plastic? Did you have to do something to the fender to make it stick?

LOL they make paint for plastic, Krylon Fusion, but I didn't paint them.
That is all soap, water, sos pad and mop&glow. :D

Thanks for the mop&glow tip there Jason. ;)

NO WAY?????????? Oh my goodness I swear it looks like you painted it.

I wonder what else mop and glow can do. Dang that is awesome.

Wow, looks good. You can add another coat or two if you have dull spots, but I don't like it on there real thick. Glad I could learn ya something lol.

CC, I probably wouln't try it in anyone's hair :)

LOL @ Jason.

I swear when he posted those I really thought he painted it. When you give that tip I had no idea that it would look that good.

That is awesome!

I used to get made fun of by the guys I used to ride with because I kept my bikes SPOTLESS. If we got muddy one day, and we were going riding the next day too....it would look brand new again for the next day. I have always been like that with my stuff, so needless to say, I have tried about everything when it comes to cleaning stuff lol.

Naw, got busy doing other stuff.
Might work on it today.
I wanted to replace all the nuts and bolts but cost-wise I never found an acceptable priced source.
Guess I will go with what I got.

Got it together yesterday.
Still alot I wanted to do to it, but got tired of walking around it so I just put it together. :)
Looks pretty darn good too.
I will get some pics hopefully this afternoon.
