Found something in a deer

I killed a big doe this morning. When I was gutting it I found a large white mass, slightly bigger than a heart, attached in the inside cavity back by one of the rear legs. Looks almost like it might be attached to the reproductive tract. I have pictures but no way to upload from my phone. Has anyone seen anything like this?

Is this milk fat or a tumor?
