I found this yesterday and had to get it. These are so hard to find. It's an XD40 Sub Compact. Pretty sweet little pistol.

Sweet gun man. I also got lucky yesterday and found a sub compact in 9mm. I was just looking around talking to the guy while he was putting out a couple pistols. He said they couldn't keep them on the shelves. When he opened the stock box he said "lookie here, a 9mm" and i said "sold". I love it. Glad the wife let me get one.

Have had an itch for an XD for a good while can't decide on which model or cal I really want,soI guess I'll keep on itching for the time being.
 
Thanks to Model 70 I picked up the bigger brother xd subcompact in a .40. I had been on a waiting list since the first week on Jan. but Model 70 bird dogged me out the .40 and called. I am thrilled to have it.

Now I need a suggestion for a small of the back holster as I have just gotten my CCW permit. I got a Blackhawk Serpa for out in the woods/farm. Anybody have any suggestions?
 
Thanks. I will have to find that. My entire pinky was off the handle, but it doesn't bother me too much. (Big hands like yourself) But that looks great. Is that a seperate magazine or just fits onto the existing XD mag.?

Cost of the gun? 1/2 of what a H&K USP Compact, or a Kimber would cost. Worth every penny and more if it's my life or my family's life on the line.
