Found a dead one….

I'm not sure what got him but he died last night…no signs of injury and looks to be very mature. He's bloated and that may be the cause but there is a massive amount of fecal matter around him. Other than that he looks like a very healthy buck. Any ideas what this could be?

My guess would be car struck. The traces of blood around the mouth indicative of internal injury as is the fecal expulsion as gases build up and swelling compresses the body

I'd guess car crash. Looks like he was bleeding from mouth. Would explain the bloat.

Looks like a wound behind the shoulder, skinning it out might tell the story, be a lot of bloodshot if car hit
