Found a dead doe on neighbor's property

I wasn't sure where to post this because I'm a newbie.

This morning I saw something out of place in the woods, probably less than 100 yds away from our deck. I resembled a dead whitetail, checked it out, yep, a doe maybe a little 100 over lbs. We sold a neighbor this property a few years ago so a friend could raise livestock and it is fenced. I know doe season has been over quite a while. Looks like it was hit under its left shoulder and got away from whoever hit it, don't have any idea how far it wandered off before it died or what direction.

I'm not really a hunter, but an AVID FISHERMAN but let one friend hunt our property and we know it wasn't him. Well, I don't really think it was killed on our property either, maybe land company property or maybe my brother in laws.

Question: I know very little about hunting laws. Am I supposed to report this to TWRA or just let it slide? Pardon my ignorance on the matter, senility and inexperience are partially to blame LOL.

Actually Morgan County but it's very near the Anderson/Roane/Morgan County or "Tri County" intersection. I'll let my neighbor know and leave it up to him, can't get him on the phone just yet, I may walk down in a few minutes.

I know either sex is still open in Anderson County. I don't know about Morgan.

Last legal doe hunt in Morgan County was Dec. 10-16. If the carcass wasn't inside my neighbor's fence, I wouldn't be concerned about it. The coyotes would take care of the situation. But since inside the fence, there's BIG dogs in there and they'd run off any predators or scavengers.
