I dont know what to do,i have my scout day at Oak Ridge saturday but i also want to go to the fort and do some hunting,this will be the only two weeks that i can hunt this year and i really dont know what to do! Fri-sat-sun at fort or scout day sat at oak ridge HELP!

Yeah fort is full for friday so far,maybe i can get in late this afternoon in an area,you hunting tommorow at fort GWS ?
 
the fort will be packed this weekend for sure,i know of 10 thats coming over friday from work,and quite a few youth heading over as well.looks like i be at oak ridge sat doing a little scouting for next weekend,good luck to all that got in this weekend,i may try and sneak in a sunday monday hunt at fort
 
Yeah i know what you mean MMH i think i am going to wait and see if anything opens up at the fort later and then make up my mind,i havent been to oak ridge in 10-12 years and im sure its changed some over the years.good luck
 
I would hunt the Fort. We hunted Oak Ridge last weekend and saw good sign in three different areas. Even if you find a good spot there's always the chance that someone beats you to it come the weekend of the hunt.
 
gonna be hard to get a spot at ft this weekend not has many areas open due to youth hunt ..Monday has more areas open..good luck if u are traveling before u get a area..military will get most of everything before 10;30 call in
 
The areas posted on the MWR website are open for all hunters. They are doing a youth hunt this weekend but those areas aren't posted on the MWR site.
