Hate you are having trouble with them. Seems really weird that all three are having the exact same issue. I have seen low or bad batteries cause triggering issues with a couple different brands, but you have probably checked batteries. I would probably call or message them to see about sending them back. I have one camera that will be going back to them in the next couple weeks. Been in contact with them, last message I got from them was asking for a pic of the camera itself so they could get a replacement order started. Email responses from them are very slow, may be better to call.

Was waiting for a response from their c.s. never came and it wasn't the 1st time. I'm done with them. Canceled the remaining 3 plans this morning. That's 5 cams that sucked and one that never made it out of the package. I'll stick to tactacam for now .
 
I've had two. Neither has been any good. First one wouldn't work at all. So, they sent me a free upgrade. It worjed pretty good for about a month... except took a lot of pictures of nothing. Now, it's not working at all. Haven't gotten a picture in weeks. I'm going to pull it soon as I can.

I was able to get them to issue a return shipping label for my revolver camera for a warranty exchange. Just as soon as I pull it, it's going back.
 
We are running 10 of them. Had 2 crap out this year. Maybe because we are spending $100 per month in plan fees, they were super helpful to replace the 2 bad ones without any trouble
