For TWRA: I incorrectly checked in deer on phone app,help?

This past Friday Sept 30, '16 I attempted checked in my deer on the phone app for Greene county, but am not sure I did so correctly. The app provided 2 separate numbers to call if I thought there could have been an error with the app. I called both numbers but never could get ahold of anyone. Please advise me as to what I need to do, if anything.

Call the Region 4 office on Monday between 8am-4:30 pm at (423) 587-7037 and ask to speak to someone in their Wildlife section.
