Food Plots Food plot with cattle?

I am needing some help i plan to make a food plot but not sure what to put out there is cows on the property?

I had a land owner that tilled part of his pasture and planted red clover. Cows would eat it but the deer would utilize it as well. I wouldn't dump a lot of money into it unless you could fence it off.

Fence it off and use a hit wire. Cattle will drill anything a deer will. Dont waste your money till you know you can keep em out of it.

ok Bushhogging is done i have a small spot fenced off i want to plant something in then a larger spot im going mix some clover and sew what woul y'all put out in the fenced area?

Winter wheat, crimson clover and maybe a brassica (rape/turnip)

Ok thanks i was thinkin of purple top tunips with rape in the fenced in area then clover and wheat in the other.
