I planted our food plots right before the drought started in Sept. It has had very little growth due to drought. With this rain, do you think I will see any growth this late in the year. I planted turnips, rape, brassicas and clover. My feeling is that it is too late in the year and I won't anymore growth this year. What say you?

Yep. So long as the temps stay relatively warm, you'll see some more growth. We've planted plots in mid-October before and had them come in just fine.
