Food Plots Food plot coming along nicely

Our wheat & oats are growing well. The native plums have fallen. Deer, opossums, turkey, 'yotes, raccoons, and crows quickly ate them. Now the persimmons are starting to drop.... This field is bordered by sawtooth oaks that are pouring acorns out as well. I might have to put my 10 year old in the stand soon ;o)

We planted the plum, persimmon, sawtooth, & chestnut trees. This entire area is an old pasture reforestation effort that we designed specifically for attracting wildlife. It's taken 8 - 9 years, but everything is finally coming together. This buck is looking up at the hanging persimmon fruit ;o)

Your son must have gotten a pretty good education on the use of tools! Great job! Paint job ain't bad either.
