I got my soil sample back for a 1/4 acre food plot. I'm new to this soil sampling so don't beat me up.
Some of the numbers under "results"are a little confusing:
Phosphorus results says 14 lbs/acre; the "rating" says "low"
Potassium results says 128 lbs/acre; the rating says "low"
Calcium results says 2670 lbs/acre; the rating says "optimum"
Magnesium results says 268 lbs/acre; the rating says "medium"
My question is: does "results" mean how much is present per acre? or how much I need to add per acre?
In the comments section it says to apply 20-40 lbs of nitrogen per acre also
Can anyone translate for me lol?
