i am getting back in to duck hunting and i was just wondering if there was any area of flooded timber that could be enter by foot around lebanon and mt juliet area during the up coming duck season.
Hmm...I think you are out of luck on the flooded timber in that area. I personally don't know of any flooded timber around Mt. Juliet or Lebanon. Try to draw a blind on the backside of Old Hickory next year. Or just go hunt the banks at Percy Priest. That is your best bet if you want to stay in the Lebanon/Mt. Juliet area.
it really dont matter to stay in that area but if i could it would be nice i just wont to get after some duck with out going in debt from buying a boat.
Yea I hear ya, well even outside of that area you will have a hard time finding a place to hunt that does not require a boat. If you want to go somewhere and draw that don't take a boat then the best bet would be Cheatham, but even there over half the blinds require a boat. But Cheatham has a wade in area but it is really bad. All you will kill out of there is a couple of early season wood ducks.
