I bought four galvanized DP traps from Fleming last week. They are on sale! So far, I've caught one opossum, but have had several traps "fired" without catching anything. In each case, the bait was still present. I believe these were caused by poor friction contact between the spoon and trigger paw. These traps are much more difficult to set than my Duke's traps. I may search Youtub for tips on filing or bending the spoon to improve their design.
