Hopefully the refs will see Fl lining up in the neutral zone. I have noticed it in a couple diff fl games this year. GO VOLS

I don't think the refs have had time to . Been to busy with turn overs and touchdowns to do much of anything else .

Unbelievable!!!

I still have 2 years NCAA eligibility left. Maybe as a 300# , 6'7" 61 year old with an artificial knee I can go and help out that Offensive Line!!! Pathetic!

I have decided I am not going to waste what time I have on earth watching that product out there on that field.

That was great balls and a great call on Pruitt's part on 4th and one . Just a bad result .

He's going to have to make some serious changes over the next year and get rid of some 5 Star hearts and get some 4 Star players in there playing 5 Star ball

Quarterback is putting those throws in the hands of the receivers . They just can't catch or hold onto the ball . If I was Pruitt I would bench them 2nd half and take my chances with someone that might

It definitely has been bad but most definitely could have been worse going into halftime
 
And the "fumble through the end-zone resulting in a touchback" is the worst rule in football and needs to be changed. I'm not saying that because it happened to Tennessee.

I hate it too and think you give possession to the team that had it last where they lost possession.

My satellite just went out. Guess it's trying to keep my pain down from having to watch the rest of this debacle.
 
I think the rule could be the worse position of previous spot or 30 yard line.

UT boosters brought this on themselves with running off coaches and not hiring a proven coach. Now no one wants the job if they have a strong resume.

I'll admit, I didn't see this coming. It has been a rough few years. With Kentucky playing as well as they are, an SEC win this year isn't going to come easy.

I guess I have been watching the vols for 35 years.
This is absolutely the most pititful and painful to watch team I have ever seen.

Whoever in charge up there that wants the football program to die has just about succeeded.

I see them winning MAYBE one game the rest of the season.
I never heard of the Charlotte 49'ers so I don't know how good they are so they may beat the vols too.

Very sad. To see how much talent has been wasted by that program over the years just about made me quit pulling for them.
This is a whole new level of crap though, pitiful.

I think about the money that has been spent/wasted/etc.......A LOT! :shock:

What we've seen at UT since about 2006-7 is what happens when certain boosters have too much influence on a program.

Bama went through some of it after Bryant retired. And they would still be going through it if Saban didn't have a backbone.

But Georgia is the best example. That state is so overloaded with talent that Georgia should have been in the top 5 preseason polls and contending for a title every year going back to the 1970s. Thankfully for the rest of the SEC, some Jerry Jones/Al Davis/Bud Adams/Jimmy Haslam type boosters just had to have their way with the program. I have no idea who wrangled control from those UGA boosters, but when the Dogs get a national title, that person or persons deserves a ring on their finger.
