Fishing this morning, 11/27/23

Gonna hit Priest again this morning.
A friend hit it yesterday for about 4 hours, caught one yellow bass.
Hopefully , we'll do better.
NW wind this morning, supposed to turn W about 11. That might be the ticket.

Bluebird skies, full moon, northwest wind should spell defeat on the lake.

Not so today with Ronnie Birdwell and Ken Runkle in the boat.
Started fishing 9:45 AM, by noon had 90 fish in the boat!

Ken Runkle was a fish hog today, out boating me and Ronnie Birdwell 3-1.
I may never invite him again!

86 yellow bass, 40 mixture of white bass, hybrids, catfish, LM bass.

It was a very busy morning. Ronnie had issues so we dropped him back at the dock around 12:30 and Ken and I proceeded to check other spots but didn't find much action so back to the starting place.

We finished up at 3:00 and called it a day. I kept and cleaned 12 nice yellows and the wife is frying them up right now!

Hard to believe we had that kind of action with the weather conditions.

Just goes to show, you can't catch them from the couch!!
