Fishing the caney from a boat during generatiom

I've heard it can be good if using big jerk baits - I'm supposed to go tomorrow and it's going to generating one generator most of the day - any advice would be appreciated!

Anybody ever fish from a boat during generation using husky jerks?

I have not, but have seen pictures of some good trout caught that way.

Yes it works. Use rainbow trout or brown trout color rapala. Bigger the bait bigger the fish. But you also have to remember bigger bait = less bites. So be patient and learn to fish the eddies behind rocks and trees.
