Fishing advice?

I need a little advice. This saturday starts the season of my bass clubs tournament. We will be fishing at Normandy and need some help on what i should use. I imagine they will be in deep water. NOTE: Alabama rig is banned from this tournament. Carolina rig? Crankbait? what should i use?
