I was skeptical because I have caught quite a few shellcracker this year so far and I have NEVER seen one like the one gil posted a picture of.

Man caught one identical to it today. :D

With respect to rsimms, you are probably right also, but if this is a male shellcracker we caught one finally. LOL
 
Well, where's the picture of the one you caught?
And how do you know they're not both aliens from another world? :D
 
We were catching too many too fast to mess with pictures.
We were doing good to remember to click our counters. :D

I will try to get one of it tomorrow, might have a different color though. ;)
