Anyone ever do this? I cleaned mess of bream the other day & saved all the scraps to put in tomato & pepper holes before planting. Worked for indians so thought I'd try it & see.

I've always heard that's how the Indians did it. I thought about trying it with some carp after bowfishing. But I was always afraid something would come along and dig up the fish and ruin my plants in the process. So I never did try it.

It works very well. The mess of bream I caught a month ago I put in my tomato holes in the raised beds (fenced in) are ahead of the others. On another note I cleaned out my hen house in February and put the litter around about 23 Green giant Arborvitae. Forgot about 3 elsewhere . There is a visible difference.
