Walking in for an evening hunt found 1st scrape on this particular property in Dickson. Place is usually covered up with them. Should get good the next few days I hope anyway. can't go in the AM tomorrow but will hunt everyday till Sunday. Temps not looking great but gotta try anyway.
 
Scraping differs in different parts of the country. In the Hardeman/Fayette County area I always start finding scrapes even before I do rubs. I've been getting pics over scrapes for the last 3 weeks. Some the deer made and some I started.

interesting, this place has always had rubs then scrapes. And scrapes were abundant in years past. only had one buck so far on camera I would shoot. will move a couple cameras tomorrow one on the new scrape for sure.
