Im all about eating some fish but I just got down cleaning her and shes plum full of eggs. I know they suppose to be something special but I have no idea what to do with them. Not looking like any dinner I want. What do ya'll do with them but I got 5 or 6 lbs of them?

Congrats! if this was your first time fishing for them, I want to try it too now even more. I should head to Old Hickory or something like that and try snag one some time.

The cheapest I have seen American Paddlefish Caviar is $20 a oz so if you have 5lbs that would add up to about $1600 worth if you could make it into Caviar.

My buddy caught one other 18 lbs and had 2 others hooked but came off before we saw them. Mine measured 66 inches not sure how much he weighed but it was a good time....

Cool...I've never tried it, but have watched'em doin it below Ky dam on several occasions. I'll say one thing...with the gear they was usin, and the chunk'n and jerkin that was goin on, it'd wear this old man down in a hurry. They was wear'n'em out tho.

It's an awesome catch but it didn't come easy. We were there a solid 4 hours chukin and rippn and went through a lot of cold drinks sweating. So bring your cooler if your going.... :D
