First freeze

The Plateau and other regions of East TN are probably going to see a freeze out of this. Middle and West TN will not (except in the lowest valleys).

The long, long-range model (CFSv2) is still flip-flopping around. I'm not sure I see a clear-cut hard freeze anywhere in the 30-day forecast. A couple of close calls and possibles, but a sure enough hard freeze? No.

33 here this morning but was over cast so no frost, up to 44 now and headed to 59. 65 was the highest I seen yesterday.

39° and it felt awesome in the house with windows open. My wife and kids would tell you otherwise. No wind at daylight and what looked like an extremely light frost on the tips of the lawn out in the wide open. Hopefully tomorrow morning will be a little cooler with minimal wind again.

We got our first frost yesterday right on time. Will probally run the mower over the yard and knock the green onions down and chop up some leaves one more time. So thankful for cooler temps. Carrying the RA boys at church camping this weekend and the forecast looks great! Looking forward to it!

Frost here in SW Nashville (31.1 degree low temp), but not at my hunting property near Waverly (35.2 degree low temp).

Nice little frost here in Sparta. I love it. This should help slow down the grass growing. No more mowing. Yippee 👏

Hopefully the grass is done. I mowed last week and have a field I bushhog about once a month and then as the last cutting of the year raise the mower blades and cut it so it looks nice. Did that several weeks back and then it rained so it grew and cut it again yesterday. Ran over a nest of yellow jackets which reminds me I need to go douse them with gas.
