First bowfishing trip

Well I got an old PSE Nova and turned it down to where I could pull it and got everything I needed to bowfish.

Gonna go down to Reelfoot with man and his buddy Friday night.

I am excited and nervous.
His buddy said he predicted a long night of misses by me.

Man said, I dunno, he might surprise ya.

No pressure or nothing.
Never shot at a fish with a bow in my life and it has been a LONG time since I shot without sights.
Should be fun though.

Just wish it didn't smell SO bad down there.

It takes a few shots but you'll get the hang of it. Just aim where it feels natural than aim about 6-8 inches lower and you'll be on target. The deeper they are the lower I aim...

Yep, when I went down Pigeon last year after 50 shot's I learned to aim 1 and half foot below target!!

You definitely aim low but it will take a few shots for you to get dialed in.
