Anybody use those, or another brand of lighted nocks? Are they what they advertise them to be, or a gimmick?

yeah, I would like to get some G5 ones that are bright blue! I have almost bought some many times, but wonder what good would they be. BUT i have found many ideas. for instance, the dreaded GRASS MONSTER, he would only get your arrows during the day!!!!!!! lol

I wish companies would let you try just ONE of there products before you bought them, kinda like trophy ridge arrows or american broadhead company...LOL...

I swear Im not a cheap @$$, just like free stuff...(maybe the quote of the day huh)

after shooting the last 3 or 4 deer with the luminocks, i will have at least 1 in my quiver. simply awesome!!

dont try the carbon express ones from wally world. they dont hold up under the pressure of my longbow, I doubt they hold up under a compound.

They are nice and if they weren't so expensive I would be using them myself. I tried making them by following the vidoe on YouTube and never could get them quite right.

The only positive thing I see about them is if you shot a deer at dusk it would be easier to find and recover your arrow. Or if you shot videos of you tuning your bow you could see arrow flight easier or something. I almost bought some just to say I had them. But I think I'll pass. I'm curious to hear from guys that have them and what they gain from them or how they help.

it also helps tremendously in seeing where your shot hit. the first deer i shot with one was late in the morning. i forgot i had the luminock on there. when i released it was "WOW!"
