The people in the dover area are a secretive bunch. Even the guides won't take you out if your a local. No one will tell you anything. This year I decided to try to target blue cats.

This morning I hooked up with a 13lb and an 8 1/2lb. I had something messing with my bait all morning but they would just bounce the rod and when I would finally reel it in the skip chunk would be all chewed up. Once there was only some skin left? I'm guessing cats too small to take it? Here is the 13 pounder

Little cats or yellow bass, most likely.

use rabbit guts for the real big ones ,,,,,,,, trust me.

I checked, and it so happens I don't have any rabbit guts lying around. I'll have to stick with skipjack. :)

While I think rabbit guts would work if you could stand the smell I will stick with skipjack they were good enough for this one
