A tom I shot 2 springs ago, my second turkey ever (11" beard, 20 lbs-6 ozs, 1.5" spurs) was in a friends freezer. I finally got to take it to the taxidermist to have something done with it. I am having it caped out from head to tail including the wings. Mounted on a board with the legs hanging down and all this will be put on the wall. So hopefully in 2 months or so I will have it back and post the finished results.
