After a rough trip last week trying to shoot docks on tims, went back to what i know. We caught out self imposed limit of 12 within an hour. We had 3 fish that didint measure and 2 over 15 that went back. Most were 13.5 to 14.5. And they were thick. Dropped the transducer and they were stacked up. Knew it wouldnt take long. Spend a couple hours marking more brush piles on the main river channel. Fun but cold trip. All fish caught were crappie.

I'm going to be even more shocked when you tell us you are raising Black House Cats and no longer own Snowball labs.
I definitely dont want to rehome your retired female black cat.
Lol. Im not much on cats

They must have moved or put the feed bag on. I have a buddy who has been catching like 2 per trip to certain boat docks. Yesterday and today he caught limits very quickly. Crappie are weird like that.

We ended up with 6 that would have been tarp eligible. A couple big females were thrown back. Cleaning em now. Got a new seasoning mix im gonna try. Suppose to be good stuff. We will see

I have only fished there once, last year... Are there a lot of tops in the water? We were jigging for Yellow Bass and caught a few Stripers and Hybrids that day too... Everything was really deep...

It is a deep lake. I lucked up on these. I was messing with transducer pole. Had just put it in water and hadnt looked at graph. My son said "there they are" and he was telling the truth. A brush pile beside a deadfall

I have never caught a yellow bass or white bass at tims. But i have never targeted them either. If u are fishing time for crappie now, you really need to be close to the main river channel. Last week when to lost creek and the water is too low. Most docks are setting on the bank
