Went back to where I worked the bird last Sunday. Didn't hear anything all morning. Around 9:15 we relocated to the top of the ridge. First call I made I heard a gobble. Worked the bird for 30 -40 minutes but he would not come in. Got up and circled to top of the ridge in front of the bird and I finally got a shot on him. Killed him at 55 yds, 10 3/4 in beard, 1 in spurs both sides. Will upload pics when I get in.
