Food Plots Fertilize now?

I have wheat and peas up about 3 inches, I have clover busting out of the ground.

Should I try to fertilize now and if so, should I get a high phosphorus?

I did before the little rain we got last night. I put out 10-10-10 on my plots.

Mine was about the same size as yours.
