Usually late July to the middle of Aug. You can get them at the post office earliest.

Thought they changed it last year and you had to apply for them and they were sent to you through the mail now.

I'll make sure I buy mine early this year. I liked to never found one last year, Wal-mart was sold out as were the local post offices.
I wound up having to drive to Montgomery county to the small post office in Cunningham for one.

I drove 2 hours to hunt with some buddies on opening day, got half way down about 9PM and realized i forgot my stamp. Started freaking out and luckily drove past an Academy. 3 people didn't have a clue what i was talking about but finally figured it out and was able to get one. I'll always get one early now and put it in my blind bag asap. lol
