What's y'alls favorite corn?

I'm torn between peaches and cream or ambrosia.

I have grown the silver queen and golden queen together for the cross pollination and it is always an exceptional corn. Never tried ambrosia. This year I have silver queen, peaches & cream and trucker's favorite which is a white field corn that I enjoy.

P&C is great and mostly what I grew up on but imo Ambrosia is the best tasting corn I've ever had. I forget what year we are on with it, but I don't see us switching to anything else.

We normally plant peaches and cream, and I like it. This year the nursery i buy my seed from was out of peaches and cream, so bought a bag of bodacious, it may be my new favorite.

Grew silver queen for 15 years and last year I added some "incredible" for my second planting. This year it's all I planted and don't think I will ever go back to silver queen.

Hickory cane is firm and can be frozen and thawed without turning into mush.

I haven't saw it mentioned, but I am fond of Kandy Corn. I have 4 rows of corn that is just now tasseling, 2 are Kandy corn, 1 is P&C, and 1 is Ambrosia. Anxiously awaiting the results!

Peaches and cream has always been our favorite but this thread has me considering Ambrosia and maybe some others.

I was at a large farm stand beside the road two days ago buying some vegetables including white corn. Someone asked the farmer was it Silver Queen and he laughed and said " SQ has not been available for mass growth for 10-20 years". Very surprised to hear this as that's all my family grew or talked about growing up….

My favorite is "got to have it" it's by far the best corn I've ever had. Weird name, it's also hard to find and expensive seed, but it's delicious!

Someone game me a few ears of Obsession last year and it is good also.

Just put up 10 quart bags of sweet corn.
Shucked, blanched, ice bath, cut off cob and bagged.
