I have a question regarding farm land and hunting laws.
Are there any TN permits or forms a farmer can file, for hunting deer out of season, if deer are eating crops and under-cutting a farmer's bottom dollar? Overheard in a conversation and wanted to clarify. Thanks.

Yes, they can apply for a depredations permit through their local wildlife officer.
