I have a 20 acre farm with 9 acres of pasture and a pond for sale that backs up to 3500 acres, has deer,turkey and hogs on it. Property has a house started on it, with 400 amp electrical service and water meter already set. Septic approved for 3 bedroom with permit. Applied 27 tons of lime to fields in spring. Going to try to sale it without realtor for 100k. Will be more when realtor is involved. If sold on tndeer, more than the standard donation will be given. Thanks guys. Text preferred (931) 510-8133
