Ok, so I finally got rested up a little bit, so now time for some pics and updates.

First of all, The Eagle beans, we planted 4.5 acres on May 20th. When I was there in July, I had a little hope for them as they were looking better. Boy was I wrong. But I will give it to Eagle, as they are still putting on new leaves!!! Unbelieveable!!

Ok, so now on to more hopeful ventures! I worked about 2 acres of this field and we sowed WI Chicory/Clover mix, and I also added in a little wheat, oat, AWP mix also. Here's a few shots/

Even had Mark's little guy stop by and we was quick to jump on the old tractor!

Those Eagles have impressed me as well - no way any normal soybean would withstand the heavy browse that is normal on my place. Looking forward to seeing how the WI product works!

WDS your PM box is full. Thanks.

and Mark, after seeing the beans and the browse on the fencerows, I kind of think we should have sowed the whole place in wheat!!
