Fall Creek Falls question

Just realized this is not a draw hunt this year, but looking at FCF website and the regs I am confused. It says on the website it requires a LBL hunt permit ($20), in the TWRA regs it says you have to obtain a free permit.

My question is do you have to have WMA permit?
Do you have to have a LBL permit?
Or both?


I am just curious, a friend mentioned maybe going up this year and we were trying to figure out what all is needed to hunt.

I'm thinking it is the free permit, but give Region III a call to confirm.
